I myself have been health conscious for over 45 years. I love my health, i grew up back in the day when the saying was, if you don't have your health you don't have anything, and i am a firm believer in that. it seems that the more we go into the future the more health is threated by eating unhealthy foods, smoking cigarettes, lack of exercise, disease, constant worries dealing with  money problems the threat of war and all these worries leads to stress.
